Bliss Transformation ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Hormone Bliss. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and AI visualizer (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details — first name, last name, and email you submit before using the visualizer.
• Selfie photos you upload for the AI preview.
• Quiz answers describing your goals, lifestyle, and wellness preferences.
• Marketing consent if you opt in to receive transformation tips, specials, and our newsletter.
• Technical data like device type, browser, IP address, and basic usage analytics.

How we use it

• To generate your AI visualization and personalized pathway recommendations.
• To follow up about your visualization and program options.
• To send marketing emails only if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Your photos

Your selfie is encrypted on upload and stored securely. We do not sell your photos and we do not use your photos to train third-party AI models. You can delete your photo and AI preview at any time from inside the app, and we will permanently remove them from our storage.

Who we share with

We share data only with vetted service providers needed to run the Service — including cloud hosting, database/storage, AI model providers (used to generate your preview), email delivery, and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

The "send me transformation tips, specials, and newsletter" checkbox is optional and off by default. If you opt in, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@hormonebliss.com.

Medical disclaimer

The visualizer is for educational purposes only. Results may vary and are not a guarantee. The Service does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care. Any program recommendations require licensed provider review before anything is prescribed.

Children

The Service is intended for adults 18+ and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
